Welcome!  I live and work in the Riverside/Avondale Historic District and specialize in the selling of historic homes. Jacksonville has the largest collection of historic homes in Florida which includes homes in the Riverside/Avondale, Springfield, San Marco and St. Nicholas areas.  I know how to the work through the pitfalls that can possibly derail a contract, such as surprise inspection findings, insurance difficulties, and a buyer’s inexperience with an older home.

Also, I specialize in first time home buyers and enjoy helping them purchase their first home. I have special tools to educate and guide first time home buyers throughout the process of searching for and purchasing their first home.  

Jacksonville is a growing city and is home to many large corporations as well as two military bases.  I am on the pretigious Prudential Relocation team and am certified to help families relocating to the Jacksonville area.
