Welcome! I live and work in the Riverside/Avondale Historic District where I specialize in selling historic homes and first time home buyers. Jacksonville has the largest collection of historic homes in Florida. Locations include Riverside, Avondale, Springfield, San Marco and St Nicholas areas. I know how to work through pitfalls that can possibly derail a contract. This includes surprise inspection findings, insurance difficulties, and a buyer’s inexperience with an older home.
My specialty with first time home buyers allows me to enjoy helping them purchase their first home. I have particular tools to educate and guide first time home buyers throughout the process of searching for and purchasing their first home.
